(Problem)

Track purchase orders, incoming raw material, production sessions and packed boxes in one place, so progress and shrinkage per product stay visible.

(Approach)

I built it with Laravel 11, Blade and Tailwind CSS on SQLite, with Chart.js for the dashboard. It covers purchase orders, raw material receiving with live yield estimates, batch and lot traceability, production sessions per stage, and packing with surplus tracking, plus readable light and dark themes.

(Result)

A public demo on Vercel with fictional seed data that can be reset. The dashboard shows per-product process and packing progress, early warnings, a stock summary and a 7-day output chart. Gallery images are read-only captures of the demo; no real buyers or production volumes are claimed.
